Introducing self-organization, i.e. leading together as a team/organization without a manager, holds great potential. When implemented well, self-organization can lead to greater effectiveness, adaptability and humanity at work and thus to a sustainable organization.
However, implementation is a process that can be challenging: It requires not only suitable new structures, but often also a change in work culture, individual attitudes and interpersonal skills.

My passion for this form of collaboration has been shaped by many instructive experiences as a member and facilitator of self-organized teams. I look forward to accompanying you on the path to (more) self-organization.
